Kelex, Ltd. has over 12 years experience as a manufacturer of bags, fanny packs, backpacks, cosmetic bags and briefcases. We export to Japan, the European Union, and the United States.

We also produce garments such as sweatshirts, with custom appliqué, embroidery and silk screens and Polo shirts with embroidery and appliqué.

Our clients include: Sweatshirts for the Skate board Industry, and Cruise ships lines such as Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and Norwegian Cruise Lines among others.

We also custom make many types of bags for our clients and our Creative Department can help you design bags to your specifications.

Our Factory specializes in making PVC, Micro fiber, Denim, Cotton and Nylon Bags ranging from the Cosmetics, Fashion, Outdoors and Sports Industry.

Our Factory in China is ISO 9002 Certified (Registration Number 0154240) to assure you of our workmanship and Quality.

What we can do to assist you!

We can develop samples from your specifications (either from your sample or diagrams) and send them to you within 7 ?10 days! We can give you a quote in 2 ?3 days.

Production Lead Time

In general we need only 30 days for production, 2 weeks for Ocean Voyage and one week for US Customs Clearance and in-land trucking to your facility.

We can coordinate all your Banking and Shipping documents, Freight Forwarding, U. S. Customs Brokerage and Customs Clearance in the E. U., Canada and in the United States.

We also can arrange in-land trucking for delivery to your facility or drop ship to your client’s warehouse for you if you desire FOB, USA terms. For the E.U., we can arrange FOB, Hong Kong or FOB, Port of E.U. It could not be any easier!

We are very flexible and can arrange terms with you by Letters of Credit or Wire Transfers.

You can also get quotes for FOB, Hong Kong. Come and visit us at our office in Hong Kong or visit us at our factory in China.

Why a Strategic Alliance with a company in China makes sense!!!

With China’s entry into the WTO (World Trade Organization) in 2002, the United States Congress has started to implement the elimination of Quotas and Visa Requirements in a five year plan to be completed by 2005.

With a staggered five year plan starting January 1, 2002, Quota requirements ranging from bags, shoes, and wearing apparel will be eliminated so that by the year 2007, all Quota requirements will be dropped for imports from China.

Currently all bags from China are now Quota free!

This will result in large savings to Importers of goods from China and in turn to consumers! This past year all our bag shipments from briefcases, tote bags, backpacks, and bags have been shipped Quota free!

Many U.S. and European companies are already in China forming Strategic Alliances with companies in China to provide them with products to be competitively priced in the marketplace.
